1. Business Days

  • Our official business days are Saturday through Thursday.

  • Friday and official public holidays are considered non-working days for KEDO and our contracted shipping companies.

2. Delivery Methods

  • Orders are delivered through trusted third-party shipping companies to ensure reliable service.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled within 21 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on geographic location, the shipping company's schedule, and circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the product's weight/size and the delivery address.

  • For special or large orders, delivery charges will be determined separately and added to the final amount.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, the shipping agent will attempt redelivery.

  • If the second attempt fails, you will need to contact customer service to reschedule delivery.

  • Orders that are not received within 7 days of the first delivery attempt may be cancelled, and additional fees may apply.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, delivery is available within the Arab Republic of Egypt only. For international shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order.

7. Urgent Orders

  • If you require expedited delivery, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

8. Warranty

  • All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

    • Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or incorrect installation

    • Mechanical damage from accidents or impacts

    • Chemical damage (e.g., harsh cleaning agents, nail polish, spilled liquids)

    • Damage resulting from prolonged moisture exposure

    • Discoloration or fading due to sunlight

Please note: Solid wood is a natural material and may display:


  • Variations in grain and color

  • Minor cracks or small irregularities from normal wood movement

  • Slight bending if exposed to significant changes in temperature or humidity

  • Natural color changes over time

These natural characteristics are not covered by the warranty.


9. Return & Exchanges

  • If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.

  • To return your order:

    • We will create a return label for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable if there is a defect in our product.
